Full Stack Developer – QA | Telecom Domain📍 Location: Japan💼 Employment Type: Full-Time🏢 Domain: Telecom / IT🗣️ Language: English – Mandatory | Japanese – Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer – QA with strong experience in the Telecom domain to join our client's technology team.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience, strong backend and cloud development skills, and hands-on experience with application testing, automation, API integration, CI/CD, and performance optimization. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable full-stack and backend applications.Develop and maintain backend services with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.Design and integrate RESTful APIs and work with external systems.Conduct backend testing, feature testing, and application optimization.Support application releases and ensure timely delivery of new functionalities.Develop and maintain automated testing and QA processes.Collaborate with QA teams to define testing and delivery requirements.Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployment.Implement appropriate security measures and follow application security best practices.Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.Integrate automation and AI tools to improve application performance and efficiency.Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective technical solutions.Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative engineering environment. Required Technical SkillsProgrammingStrong proficiency in JavaScript and Python or Java.Knowledge of Ruby, PHP, or C# is an advantage. FrontendHTML, CSS, JavaScriptjQueryReact / Angular / Vue.js BackendSpring / Spring Boot Telecom Domain ExperienceCandidates with experience in Telecom / Communication Technology / Telecom OSS-BSS / Network Applications / Telecom Platforms will be highly preferred.Experience developing or testing applications used in telecom environments will be an added advantage.
