Build Data I Power Decisions I Scale Impact We're looking for a hands-on Data Engineer who designs, builds, and optimizes the data infrastructure that powers business operations and decision-making. In this role, you'll create scalable pipelines, improve database performance, support cloud modernization initiatives, and help transform complex data into reliable, actionable insights. What You’ll Own Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases and data pipelinesAnalyze and remediate performance issues in complex or poorly structured databasesDevelop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Azure data services and modern toolsWrite efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation logicBuild data integration solutions using Python and Azure servicesSupport migration and modernization of legacy systems to Azure cloud platformsCollaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams to ensure reliable data availabilityEnsure data quality, integrity, and system performanceParticipate in Agile development processes You will not just manage data—you will design, build, and optimize the systems that make trusted business insights possible. Preferred Experience Professionals with strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server administration and developmentAdvanced SQL programming expertiseExperience building data pipelines using PythonHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data servicesFamiliarity with Apache Synapse Analytics and modern data platformsExperience working with complex or legacy data environmentsKnowledge of SAP ECC data structures and integrations is a plusExperience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or FabricBackground in cloud data migration and modernization initiativesExperience supporting enterprise BI environmentsStrong troubleshooting and database optimization skillsHands-on, problem-solving engineering mindsetAbility to work independently in complex technical environmentsStrong collaboration and communication skillsUpper Intermediate to Advanced English skills needed.
