About this role AI infrastructure companies in the Yara Network are hiring field and solutions engineers remotely across the US, and they are hiring in volume: one team alone has sixteen open seats and more than fifty candidates in interviews. The job is to help customers, from AI-native startups to enterprises, build on the platform: design the architecture, unblock the integration, and carry them the last mile to production. Who this is for You are an engineer who likes customers. You'd rather solve a real integration problem than groom a backlog.You've built with LLMs beyond the demo stage: inference, fine-tuning, RAG, evals, latency, cost.You can hold a technical conversation with a customer's CTO and then go write the code that proves the point.You work well remotely: clear writing, fast follow-through, and comfort with travel to customers.You want to be at a company defining this wave, on the side of the house that sees every customer.
