About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Jobtailor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various industries, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency or corporate HR department.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Knowledge of social media platforms and online job boards for sourcing candidates.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various roles and industries.Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS and other databases.Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on candidate selection.Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote Jobtailor’s services.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other outreach activities to expand the candidate pool.
