カスタマーサポート業務（変更の範囲：会社が指定する業務）

Ÿ  スマホ・スマートウォッチ等の故障・予約・操作案内等のサポート業務

Ÿ  アプリに関して、使い方、課金トラブル、機種変更の際のアプリの移行等の問い合わせ対応

Ÿ  有料クラウドサービスをご利用頂いている会員様からの問い合わせ対応

Ÿ  検索エンジンでの検索結果やインターネット上のMapサービス上に存在する「店舗・企業情報の　無料管理ツール」を利用している企業様の問い合わせ対応*

Ÿ  公式SNSアカウントを使用した問い合わせ対応

Ÿ  その他不随する業務

【応募要件】

Ÿ  学歴不問

Ÿ  日本語（ビジネスメールが難なく読み書きできる程度）

Ÿ  英語（翻訳ソフト等を使用しビジネスメールが難なく読み書きできる程度）

Ÿ  PCの基本操作（タイピングなど）のできる方

Ÿ  Eタイピング：スコアB以上もしくは90文字以上/分

Ÿ  コールセンター・ヘルプデスクなどの経験者歓迎

Ÿ  電話対応・接客のご経験がある方歓迎

Ÿ  協調性のある方

給与     ： 月給23万円

賞与     ： 業績賞与あり（パフォーマンスに応じて支給）

勤務日      ： 日-土 週 5 勤務 （変更の範囲：会社が指定する時間）

勤務時間

： 9:00-18:00 / 12:00-21:00

休日         ： 完全週休二日制（シフト制）
