会社についてTelexistenceの子会社であるTX Operationsでは、Telexistenceの製品開発・生産チームとして、ロボットの生産ラインを内製化するために新設されたポジションを募集しています。これまで外部の組付けパートナー企業に委託していた組立業務を自社で内製化するための立ち上げをリードしていただきます。本ポジションの雇用主はTelexistenceの100%子会社、TX Operations株式会社です。 業務内容社内生産ラインの立ち上げ(オフィス内設備・什器の設置、ラインデザイン等)ロボットの製造・組立、ソフトウェアインストール、据付試運転調整、出荷前テストの実施組立スタッフのリードおよび工程管理部品の受入検査や在庫管理製品出荷スケジュールに沿った納期管理生産効率向上・コスト削減のためのプロセス改善、治具の提案・製作定められた品質基準に基づいた生産・品質保証工程の策定サポート 必須スキルハードウェア機器・機械工場での勤務経験ハードウェア機器・機械の据付経験ハードウェア機器・機械の組立経験機械・電気製品、機構部品に関する知見弊社オフィス(東京都大田区平和島)での勤務が可能な方 歓迎スキル複数名のチームでの勤務経験(リーダーポジション経験は尚可)メンバーへの指導・育成経験 About the CompanyTX Operations, a subsidiary of Telexistence, has established this new position as part of Telexistence's product development and production team to internalize the robot production line. Previously, assembly tasks were outsourced to external partners; you will lead the initiative of bringing this process in-house.The employer for this position is TX Operations Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telexistence. ResponsibilitiesSet up the in-house production line (office facility/fixture setup, line design)Manufacture and assemble robots; install software; conduct on-site trial adjustments and pre-shipping testsLead and manage assembly staff and oversee the production processConduct incoming inspection of parts and manage inventoryManage delivery timelines in line with product shipping schedulesDrive process improvement to boost efficiency and reduce cost; propose and fabricate jigs/fixturesSupport the formulation of production and quality assurance processes based on defined quality standards Required SkillsWork experience in a hardware equipment or machinery factoryExperience in the installation of hardware equipment or machineryExperience in the assembly of hardware equipment or machineryKnowledge of mechanical and electrical products and mechanical componentsAbility to work at our office in Heiwajima, Ota-ku, Tokyo Preferred SkillsExperience working in a team, preferably in a leadership positionExperience guiding and mentoring team members
