Marketing Manager

Job Title: Japan Marketing & Sales ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager in Japan to lead our marketing, sales, and field activities for AutocathFFR and drive its commercial growth and adoption across Japan. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the marketing, sales, and installation team in Japan.Drive sales activities and achieve sales, adoption, and revenue targets.Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, cardiologists, KOLs, dealers, and distributors.Develop and execute the local go-to-market and marketing strategy.Recruit, train, and manage the local team.Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, forecasts, and customer relationships.Own CRM/CSM discipline across the team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions, opportunities, meetings, and follow-up activities.Organize and participate in medical conferences, symposiums, hospital visits, and customer meetings.Support the successful installation, implementation, and adoption of AutocathFFR in hospitals.Work closely with executive management and global teams to drive growth in Japan.Take a hands-on approach with extensive travel throughout Japan. Requirements10+ years of experience in medical device marketing and/or sales in Japan, preferably with interventional cardiology / Cath Lab departments.Proven experience managing, recruiting, and developing sales and/or marketing teams.Strong network and established relationships with cardiologists, KOLs, hospitals, and local distributors.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving technology adoption.Deep understanding of the Japanese medical device market and commercial dynamics.Strong proficiency in CRM/CSM systems and structured sales pipeline management.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluent in Japanese and English.Highly organized, hands-on, methodical, and results-oriented.Willingness to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment with extensive travel.Experience with coronary intervention, FFR/iFR, or cardiovascular imaging is a strong advantage.
