For our client, we are seeking a Revenue Enablement Leader to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape and scale the enablement function that supports revenue teams across the full go-to-market motion. You will build programs that improve onboarding, coaching, messaging, and skills development while helping leaders translate strategy into measurable performance.
The position partners closely with Revenue Operations, product, and sales leadership to strengthen execution, alignment, and productivity across a fast-moving organization.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Define and execute a long-term Revenue Enablement strategy Build scalable onboarding programs for global new hires Develop manager enablement programs to improve coaching and performance Partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize product launches and messaging Create and maintain sales methodologies and best practices Drive ongoing skills development across key sales competencies Build enablement infrastructure, including content management and LMS strategies Establish measurable enablement KPIs tied to performance metrics Collaborate with Revenue Operations to identify performance gaps Develop communication strategies to improve alignment across GTM teams Lead and grow a high-performing enablement team Advise revenue leadership on productivity and execution effectiveness Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement or related functions within high-growth tech companies Experience scaling enablement programs for complex B2B organizations Proven success partnering with executives across multiple departments Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and GTM models Track record of building onboarding and manager enablement programs Exceptional program management and leadership abilities Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and impact Excellent communication and influence skills at all organizational levels Experience implementing enablement technologies and AI workflows Ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan participation Equity and commission opportunity based on the position offered Support for a diverse and inclusive work environment Investment in employee development and high-performing teams Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
