Appointed chapter lead for TFC's hybrid programs at IIT Patna. Conducted 35+ interviews and hired 4 team heads and 8 members to build the chapter's core team. Planning 2 major on-campus events during the campus immersion, along with workshops and hackathons to foster innovation and collaboration.
