A master’s degree is highly advantageous.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the polymer additive manufacturing ecosystem, whether in a business development capacity, as a user of polymer additive manufacturing technologies, or in a related high-tech industry.• Experience in market analysis, strategic business planning, and executing growth strategies.• Experience in managing projects from conception to execution, demonstrating the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.• Familiarity with additive manufacturing technologies and trends. Technical background in engineering or a related field is highly beneficial for understanding the products and services offered
