The golf business unit within Rakuten Group's Commerce & Marketing Company operates Japan's largest golf course reservation platform, "Rakuten GORA," while also developing multifaceted services that shape the future of the golf industry. Department Overview

The Marketing Department's [Cross-Use & EC Group] aims to create customer experiences that make people think "Rakuten" when they think of golf, and carries out the following activities.

Operation of "Rakuten GORA Golf Shop":

Through the "Rakuten GORA Golf Shop" on Rakuten Ichiba, we sell golf equipment and share information to enrich users' golf lifestyles.

Promotion of collaboration within the Rakuten Group: We strengthen cross-use with Rakuten's diverse services to enhance user convenience and deliver new golf experiences.

Implementation of offline marketing initiatives: Through offline marketing activities such as events and promotions in partnership with external companies, we reach a broader audience of golfers.

Position Details

In this position, you will drive multifaceted initiatives to maximize the number of loyal cross-users of Rakuten GORA and Rakuten Ichiba by planning and executing collaborative measures with internal and external partners.

Even those without marketing expertise can acquire the necessary skills through post-employment training.

Additionally, you can learn e-commerce management by operating a store within Rakuten Ichiba.

• Management of "Rakuten GORA Shop"
• Promotion of cross-use with Rakuten Group services
• Advancement of offline marketing activities with external companies
• Other project-based tasks as assigned
• Planning, development, and execution leadership of cross-use campaigns in collaboration with Rakuten Ichiba
• Planning and execution leadership of tie-up initiatives with partner companies

• Experience in brand marketing at a corporation or marketing operations at an advertising agency
