What You'll Do As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and operating highly scalable cloud-native platforms used by millions of customers. Responsibilities include: Designing and developing large-scale backend services using Java and Spring BootBuilding cloud-native applications and microservices architecturesDriving technical architecture decisions and contributing to long-term platform strategyOptimising application performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiencyCreating APIs and distributed systems capable of handling high traffic and large data volumesCollaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, platform engineers, and global stakeholdersLeading technical discussions, architecture reviews, and engineering best practicesMentoring junior and mid-level engineers and helping raise overall engineering qualityContributing to CI/CD improvements, automation initiatives, and developer productivity practicesParticipating in production support, troubleshooting, and reliability improvementsIn addition to core platform development, you will help accelerate the adoption of AI technologies across engineering teams through practical implementation and experimentation.
