Role Description This is a part-time, remote Medical Technologist role supporting GRG Health’s healthcare market research and data analysis initiatives. The Medical Technologist will apply laboratory medicine knowledge to interpret clinical data, review diagnostic protocols, and contribute to research projects involving medical technologies and laboratory processes.
Daily responsibilities include assessing the quality and reliability of clinical and laboratory data, providing input on diagnostic workflows, and supporting quality control standards relevant to medical and laboratory settings. The role may also involve collaborating with analysts and researchers to translate complex medical information into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and client projects, while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine.Candidates should possess practical Laboratory Skills, including familiarity with standard procedures and laboratory safety practices.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Quality Control principles in medical and laboratory environments.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine to interpret clinical information and diagnostic data.Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or a related field;
- relevant certification or licensure is an advantage.Experience working in clinical laboratories, diagnostic centers, or healthcare research settings is preferred.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to review and interpret complex medical data in a remote, collaborative environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-clinical stakeholders.
